Guest Independent Mortgage Advice Limited was established in 2004 by Lee Guest (Director/Mortgage Adviser), who has been providing independent mortgage advice since 1998.
Our aim is simply to provide truly impartial advice and a service which is second to none.
With many delighted customers passing our details onto friends, family and colleagues, we can see this aim is being achieved.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate it will be 0.5% of the loan amount.
